Bear & Water has been founded in 1985. We are Finland's leading department store for paddlers and an importer of kayaking, canoeing, stand-up-paddling, nordic skating, snowshoes, backcountry-, Telemark- and randonnee skiing equipment and accessories. You can find us in Sipoo, east from capitol city Helsinki.

Our business idea is to offer people quality products at a reasonable price. Our international cooperation is very extensive: we are an importer of kayaks, canoes and various paddling and winter sports equipment and accessories. We have found the best alternatives on the market, over the years many of the models we represent have been successful in various tests. We also export several our models we represent to other Scandinavian countries.

The location of the paddler's department store is very good,  only appr. 20 km driving from Helsinki City. We have lots of parking lots in Sipoonranta. You can also use the HSL commuter buses between Helsinki Itäkeskus and Sipoo Söderkulla.

When the Gulf of Finland is open, there is a possibility to test our kayak and canoe models in the neighboring sheltered bay of Storören. You can come and visit us by boat, too.

Our knowledgeable staff will serve you on site in Finnish, Swedish,  English, Arabic and French.
